Design Principle
The hot dip galvanizing line is designed in accordance with related

for the process flow,production capacity and techniques. As a kind

Working Process of Steel Pipes Hot Dip Galvanizing Production Line
- Hanging the pipes to the platform, select the pipe and enter the
stepper machine
- Dry the steel pipe by drying furnace
- Enter zinc kettle again and pulled out transmission equipment by
transmission device
- Blow away outside extra zinc liquid by external blowing device
- Cross transfer device
- Blow away inside extra zinc liquid by internal blowing device
- Cross transfer device
- Lift up device
- After chain conveyor sent it to the cooling machine
- By chain conveyor to drying platform
- Fall into collecting tank and package or to spray machine
- Then transfer to the screwed steel pipe fitting equipment
(optional)
- After being protected by the screwed fitting equipment, put the
pipe into collecting tank and start manual packing
